If there isn't a regular spin jam in Phoenix yet, I would be SO DOWN to help get one going! I am moving from San Francisco to Phoenix on July 1st and I have been involved with the weekly Spin Jam here that the Infinite Kaos crew puts on. I personally do not spin poi or staff, but I DO spin recordsand I love to create the musical backdrop for spin jams.
So - if there is already a regular spin jam, when & where is it? And ywould you like to have a fresh DJ come play for you?
Or.. if there ISN'T one - let's do it! Does anybody know a great space that may be available for that? Who elese would be into helping get that going?
